HOW IT WORKS HERE

  1. 1. We will print a rent agreement for you along with Government’s stamp duty.
  2. 2. A pdf version(scan) will be made ready
  3. 3. You should share email ids of owner, tenant, witnessx2 to ‘Support@RentalAgreement.in’
  4. 4. The pdf version will be emailed to owner, tenant and the two witnesses
  5. 5. The pdf version will have a specified place/column to put the respective signatures
  6. 6. Once the signature is done by all the parties, we will be sharing the final copy with you which will have the signatures from all.
  7. 7. This copy of Rent Agreement is equally valid as original Rent agreement to present for several purposes.
  8. 8. No hard copies will be sent, unless separate written-request is raised with relevant logistic charges.

eSignature Legality Overlook
